20. LOYALTY PROGRAM

20.1 Earning Points

Customers may earn loyalty points (“Points”) on qualifying purchases made through an eligible registered account.

Points may not be awarded for guest purchases unless we expressly state otherwise.

The number of Points earned may vary depending on the products purchased, promotional campaigns, order value, or other conditions displayed on the Website.

20.2 Redeeming Points

Points may be used toward eligible future purchases or other benefits made available by Mohieldeen Pharmacy.

Points:

Have no cash value;
Cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law;

May be subject to minimum redemption requirements or other conditions.

20.3 Expiration of Points

The loyalty-program terms displayed on the Website at the time Points are earned or redeemed will generally apply to the relevant transaction.

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without prejudice to any mandatory rights or protections granted to consumers under applicable law.
